The situation made me go "hmmmm" and I thought it would be a great one to throw out here on a slow Sunday morning.

Good morning,Investing in real estate most recently has really caught my attention… as many others’ on here I am sure. 

So, I will be going to the 3 day Andrew Holmes real estate class its gotten more expensive $160 now but you get 3 hot meals!

I did not receive any settlement statement until the morning of the closing and the final settlement statement about 30 minutes before closing.

I plan to sell convenience items as well as fresh produce, baked goods, and hot meals.
