Some third party software offer integration with QuickBooks and some charge extra for the accounting module.

The on board help is good but there are some situations where TurboTax depends upon you to find your own way through the maze with no assistance from the Help module (Form 1116, for example).Why not get professional assistance for the first couple of years, and, at the same time do your own taxes with DIY tax preparation software.  

The tax return preparation for a rental activity is fairly straightforward and can be easily navigated yourself with the comprehensive help module in TurboTax Premier.

It's a rigorous course consisting of multiple modules. 

They certainly optimized space & the pre-built modules that we toured were nicely finished for higher end tenants.

They do have great support by phone if you call with a specific question, but no overall, step by step training modules.

One of my concerns is that in this area module homes are considered to fall into the mobile home classification since it’s not stick built product.
