If not, pay a coach or mentor to help navigate through the process. 

I wanted to learn about mobile homes and parks, but it came off as a big hype session with lots of people from the same funnel marketing company.

(BTW I was told there was a Landlord training session in early 2016, did anyone know about it and did anyone attend?)

He might be a great mentor if you need one. 

I usually make this type of offer after returning from BPCon (I made someone offer to mentor them after BPCon and they ended up ghosting me.  

There really are a lot of facets to this business, so please keep digging to find a mentor/partner that is trustworthy to show you the ropes even if you find them deals and partner together!  

It's a thought of mine as well, basically following my mentors model. 

I did speak to some mentors, I did get a lot of recommendations for Jack and Gino.

For instance, a worksheet calculator that you can depend on for accurate rehab numbers, a coach or mentor that has experience wholesaling whose brain you can pick, a curious, principled solution-based mindset, willingness to find sellers that are NOT on the market, and for good measure -- steal underpants!

I met my mentor and met many other investors at local meetups.
