We'll sell the properties if we can't find a PM company that works. 

I've had 14 SF rentals in 6 different states, using 6 different management companies. 

Initially, I thought this would be an ideal tenant, but after I switched management companies, that tenant/contractor stopped paying rent.

The problem with taking on a second property that needs work when you already have one is when major things break in both at the same time.

Any recommendations of online companies with these services?
