Is it possible to bid an offer sight unseen, out of state using a real estate agent in Georgia 1-2 weeks prior to travel there (flights booked first week of May 2018) and then pull out if concerning Building inspection or close the deal if attractive?

I did something similar when I started I picked 3 cities after doing tons of research visited all 3 and made a decision.When I visited I saw they were building a new monorail in CLT and decided to invest there.Another thing to consider to make your life easier is compare flights from your home base.

There are pros and cons w Condos but for beginners I feel it can be a good way to get started.I now have a good team in place own a couple of SFHs and just recently purchased a Townhome in Raleigh..I like the Southeast because it’s a short flight from NYC and flights are inexpensive.

Sounds exciting, and perhaps keep in mind at that price you could find something along the coast in California/OR with about a 1 hour flight from Oakland.

Seemed impossible to a man who brought his 4 children with just $400 cash and a $5000 debt to the Lutheran Church for the flight to the US.
