Now, I didn't know a lick about real estate but I did know that I wanted $2600 a month and that began my quest in real estate...My goal is to own 1000 units by the time I am 35 years old (25 now) through multi family apartment buildings.

Absorb the losses, lick your wounds and move on. 

Any agent worth a lick will not be working for Redfin.

What you might recommend for the situation I am in (near broke, debt, and trashed credit)I don't have a lick of experience in real estate.

I am hoping some of these folks when they lick their wounds and move on from the night mare  don't blame the new people and throw them under the bus as being the ones bearing the bad news.. tough situation for all involved.being in this space for almost 20 years this is really something..

The second month is them licking their wounds after the calls stop and blaming the agent.

Just yesterday I had a lady who barely spoke a lick of English call and ask what was going on with this particular property.

Doesn't seem to be the self-licking-ice cream cone that storage units are but maybe something that the rental fees could continuously pay for the management company, repairs, etc.  

You're not getting a lick of appreciation on 25k or even 50k homes for the most part.

I am licking my chops just a bit....
