I have properties in Las Vegas and in Cleveland, there are 2 markets. different just like my other properties in the Dominican Republic, it is totally different from the USA.I invite you to investigate better how to pay less taxes in your country, which in the DR is a benefit for many investors.

Have you tried asking the homeowners to invite their kids to the meeting where you assess the home's value?

Also, compared to the stuff I deal with in my day job (IT), it's not that bad, and ultimately, I'm in charge, so if a tenant or a contractor is not working out, I invite them to leave within the law in my state.

I actually live in Santa Fe, but own properties in Abq.We are going to host a small, by invitation only networking event on Oct 16.

Also I don't want to invite possible theft because it isn't a gated apartment complex. 

Why invite the risk?
