I have no love for bureaucratic, governmental intrusions upon my freedom.But this bill, if it passes through the Senate, does not put me out of business as a real estate entrepreneur.All it does is require that I use certain paperwork and make certain disclosures around RESPA and Truth-in-Lending, which I suggest you do anyways.

That gets intrusive.

Even my roommate agrees and has told his mom to stop being intrusive but she considers this her house and doesn't feel that 3 months of work or random walkthroughs are any issue.

The HOA now has gone and said that in order to install the satellite dish we need to submit for approval(which from reading the fcc thing is in violation) and that no satellite dishes will be installed on the roofs or siding to prevent water intrusion.

Also, I guess the main risk of having this condition is moisture intrusion?

This is government intrusion in my business that I will not accept and therefore will not accept any governmental program monies that are direct from the government.

All of you "Joe the bummers" out there who are concern about the government intrusion, should be more concern about your corporate intrusion (Just look at your recent credit card bill and you understand what I'm talking about) As Michael Moore said, the very few wealthy guys and corporations control the majority of wealth in the country and if you don't like Michael Moore (As I suspect...) just listen to Ron Paul who recently said on Larry king that what we really have is not capitalism but Corporatism where big corporations have the power and the money to do what is good for them!!!

A true conservative is for less govt intrusion.

First, it's faster, easier and less intrusive.

The tenant only has one bathroom, and I'm trying to figure out if I should just match his paint (flat, which is the whole problem) and repaint the corner to be less intrusive or if I should go ahead and paint the whole thing semi-gloss to take care of the problem.My main concern is taking a day to paint his entire bathroom where he'll pretty much need to be gone.
