It seems during recession there would be even lesser number of seller ….. and buyerthe Multifamily saga would be the focus on 24 and let’s see if FDIC has to intervene to save the banks

If you're not in a historic district, and people can intervene, that is ridiculous to me.

In the intervening years I acquired a business and focussed on my career.

If you setup your property to charge a "security deposit" under pricing on your listing page, Airbnb will pre-authorize a charge to the guest and should something happen, you file a claim through Airbnb and they intervene and help resolve the case between you and your guest. 

Add in that you'll be paying a higher price for the same and while that means a larger absolute gain, percentage-wise it may not be that much gain.Which means if you have to stretch to reach, you have less for other deals in the intervening period.Anyways, like debating since I get asked this by clients and am willing to learn.  

For instance, is there a chance that the property is not up to code, requiring a village to intervene?
