Hey mate,Congratulations on your success.Great thread :)Just turned 32 a few months ago myself.I'm still not the person that I want to be.I've achieved more financial/business success than I ever dreamed of before the age of 30 but quickly realized that that is not what this thing called life is all about.I'm on a different path now.I have a heavy focus on growing spiritually, physically and intellectually every day.My mission is to find an endless journey without a destination that brings joy, satisfaction, fulfillment and happiness on a daily basis.Don't think that I'm F@#%ing going soft because that's not the case hahahaJust happy to have realized what I have at this age.I believe that I'll be in my prime from 35+.Maybe even 40+Grazie mille 

There are no documents stating anything whatsoever between the 2 of us, nor do you own any copyright or trademarked intellectual property that appear in any of our photos.

We inherited management practices from the previous owner who ran a tight ship and ,,, well we've left well enough alone and heck if this language gets good rent payment compliance who am I to run an intellectual experiment and muck things up?  

I changed my daily routine to include reading all the time, and to learn deep nuance to lots of subjects: Science, History, Economics, Psychology, etc, The intellectual confidence that comes from well rounded reading has improved my life and my business far more than anything else.

Engaging in this intellectual exercise, we think, helps us to try to listen and better and ask our residents clarifying questions when we interact with them. 

stephen hiya Stephen just to reiterate, make $3,000 a month, plus sold well practically*everything i own - well obviously not my laptop but some top level domains and other intellectual property as well as my car, phone, and a couple caramel pink albinos.

People are super nice here and they have pride in what they are doing, but it can be challenging if you decide to form a circle of intellectual friends or to hire highly competent people.
