I think there are just as many "portfolios" to mimic as there are fad diets or exercise routines out there.Of course, I haven't even gone into individual stocks, ETFs, etc.With real estate, the rules of thumb are pretty simple.

You could have the greatest problem solving product in the world, a pill that supplies complete benefits of dieting and excersizing, but if no one ever knows about it then its no good.Third, One person suggested $600 annual fee for seminars and if they do not pay they are not serious about investing.

Taylor, I don’t know squat about how things work in Canada but if you want to have their best interest at heart, I would have them fill out an application and have my mortgage broker take a look and see where they stand and what they can really qualify for over the term of a L/O (which these days is a bit of a moving target).
