Changed the paint color in the master bath, it was a neon pink on the trim and changed the exterior color from peach to a medium grey which improved the appearance greatly.

If you find that pink unicorn I applaud you.In case it does not emerge and you rather look for passive income and becoming an investor I am happy to help.

Where do you rank and how many motivated seller leads do you harvest/day... these are metrics that matter.I agree with you that as someone not yet established on the net should not just do SEO... 

Around where I am from in Maine most of the deals made are they will come and log or clear your land in exchange for the profits from the harvested timber.

Here is why...R22 is outdated, the EPA has required new A/C units to run off of 410A (Puron/ it has a pink sticker).

They have given a few thousand captains alone "pink slips" a few grand and a handshake.
