I was thankful to have another guy there with me, because once he came out of the kitchen and saw there were two of us it calmed him down a bit.He knew it was no longer his house because it wasn't too long that he then switched gears and began telling me how he got screwed on the house, first by the bank when he purchased, then the fire (which he started by having the grill to close to the house), which then caused him to get screwed by the insurance company, and finally got screwed by the contractor that did the work post fire which wrapped his "woe is me" story up nicely.  

As well, I've seen termites travel several stories (disregarding all the wood in-between) simply to make it to the roof where the conditions were like a steak from Ruth Chris.

It's the tradition that Johnson buys steak nachos for everyone.

We also bought a pool table, ping-pong table, grill and patio furniture, and washer/dryer for our rental along with a couple of TVs, a DVD player, etc.One area not to skimp: chairs.

You can make a lot of grilled cheese sandwiches with it as well.

I hate going there often 1 it wastes my time and 2 i like to give my tenants privacy but i feel like in this case i want them to.think im be in there grills and they wont get away with anything in regards to smoking.

Tenant gets all up in my grill and my BP buddy disappears. ;-(   I stay calm and figger I can take her if it comes to that (I am a biter).
