Perhaps it is because I live in the heart of a city where students cut their teeth on hacks but your birthdate code habits scare the living bejesus out of me!

My husband and I own a gorgeous, historic quadplex in Savannah, GA.

Cape, claw rings, emo makeup, birth control if she had it her way was "Trust the Goddess," so birth control my way was 20 condoms for a buck at the campus health center at SUNY Oswego.And I still remember how gorgeous the girl was who worked the counter at the health center and took my dollar again and again, 20-some years later.

Now, those homes have gorgeous hardwood floors, an excellent open kitchen etc. 

As long as you know what you're getting into a decade long stay here isn't too bad an idea, because the area is gorgeous and has a lot of nice things about it.
