I'm new to BP and trying to build a team as I dive into more frequent and long-term profitable REI.I've been doing SFH rentals over the last 15-18 years, but it's all been very traditionally financed (ho hum, 30 yr fixed) and as such has limited my ability to invest more frequently, and grow a portfolio.I'm here to learn how to use more creative financing strategies (private money lending, Sub-to, seller financing) to acquire 2-3 units (duplexes, tri) and 5+ multifamily properties. 

Specifically, I've encountered frustrating connectivity issues, like frequent disconnections and slow updates, especially from my primary bank accounts.

The objecting scoring matrix that we created allows for somebody with a sub-600 score to still be eligible, they just don't gain as many points for being below that threshold... however, still, individuals still seem to be frequently getting denied based on bankruptcy or 6+ non-medical collections......

The neighbor demands that we always padlock the main gate and she would change the codes so frequently, and it’s been a nightmare for some guests & us.

A few connections who frequent the state senate have said that there is work underway to get this under control.

Frequently I see builder's reps try to pass stuff off on buyers that is 100% not acceptable, but most buyers don't know the difference.
