So this wasn't my first time in this rodeo, but years had passed and I had forgotten much of what I had learned in my RE Principals course from 20 years ago.I believe that Quick Learning School has an online and study at home package, but whatever route you take, a good live cram course is a highly recommended supplement.Good luck,Peter

We're also now serving on the de facto "board" to help her with more strategic decisions.There's a program in KC that works with landlords (somehow I've forgotten their name) who we also want to start working with.

My business cards are a tri fold with front and back graphics and the whole card is slightly larger then a normal business card so needless to say it wont get lost with all the other cards people collect and then put a rubber band around and are forgotten about.

Bet most RE investors spend at least 2 or 3 hours a day keeping up with consumer laws, another to see if anything changed last night.Most think they are from what the hear every 2 or 3 years, it would be fun to have a contest to see who really knows what, most have forgotten and never stayed current, just human nature, folks have better things to do.
