Set font to 15 point, Times New Roman, double spaced (so I don’t read the same line twice.

Your correct that the yellow letters are supposed to give a more personal feel which is why a lot of companies print yellow letters with hand written fonts.

They are on yellow paper (surprise surprise) and generally handwritten font asking if they are interested in selling their house.
