Weeks before closing Blue Metrix Group reached out and said they were struggling with the financing for the second park and they asked would we owner finance. 

I understand the crime concerns, but why do you think traditional financing is risky?

Parks with few or no park-owned homes are easier to finance.

Since financing might be tricky, you may also want to explore DSCR loans or creative financing options.
