Other than the sort of hokey website, and fantasy terms.....if you google search the photo (looks like a stock photo copied from some site, like the rest of the photos on the site) of “Frank Portillo”, you will find that exact photo that is supposedly Keith Alnwick, the principle of Alnwick Consultng, a defunct company.Need we say more?

Other than fantasy terms and upfront fees, you can look up their name in the county records where mtgs are recorded.....search their name, see how many, if any, mtg.s they have recorded.You of course can better terms from traditional lenders assuming the proper experience, capital and project specifics of course.

Morris concepts are all fantasy .. real estate in no way works the way he describes it.the only one it works for is him.. suggest you look at other reputable turnkey operators.. by last count there were well over 200 investors that have bought his properties and have lost if not all their investment a good majority of it.. its well documented in the lawsuits filed against him.. and by folks sharing their experiences and their financial misfortunes right here on BP..

IMO 100 is a fantasy than reality anywhere in the US.
