This setup works great for seasonal or mid-term stays during the offseason, and with Coloma’s location near Paw Paw Lake and Lake Michigan, it’s a fantastic spot year-round.

There are many cases that I have seen where properties are in fantastic condition and have very low rents, and the Investor doesn't want to move forward because they're not making that cash flow today.
