Cozy's credit check with a bit more detailed and easier to export / print.I just did my first try to use Zillow Applications and Rent Collections (instead of Cozy).

I get the list in pdf format and just copy the text and paste it into excel then from excel export it to a tab format, then import that file into the website and hit the buttons on the website and the google earth file is created.

- Simple to use- Start QuickBooks Pro and as you grow use Enterprise version for practically unlimited tenants- QuickBooks online is a possibility but with a monthly fee with 35% off lifetime - Save money - no monthly fee - do not spend your fortune - cheaper than a cup of coffeeRemember Garbage in and Garbage out.Remember any software you use - should be able to export to excel if you want to switch.Do not want to spend money - sure there are many free software out there.

All the data can be exported to excel for analysis but for collaboration etc you need a database with a great UX.I looked briefly at smartsheet and it looks very interesting.
