Complete Ponzi scheme either way and that I do have  proof of that as do hundreds of others  i agree but everyone only discussing the mendenhall brothers and I think she controls the money for they stuff tht most are affected by ..i saw the Mendenhall that no longer works at the company had his cel l number removed after I posted it in the other pageDutch’s wife Vanessa Mendenhall runs the Seminar Solutions entity mentioned previously.

At that point we hired an independent appraiser and the numbers came back good and the hard money lender agreed to use them.

I was also considering the REI expo in February so maybe I'll see you there.You're a self-proclaimed novice but I think many other members of the community would agree that you're well on your way given your potential cashflowing rental and equity.You seem to have a strong position which would allow you to keep growing your portfolio in the next few years.I'd recommend diversifying your RE portfolio the same way you're diversifying with other investments (REITs, Stocks, bonds etc.).

That book was exactly what I need to hear as it addressed a point both me and my boss agree with regarding Rich Dad, Poor Dad which is, RDPD does well to help you view money differently, but it doesn't give you a starting point.
