On Christmas eve, I got a call from my rental condo's property manager that the unit below reported water leak from my unit.

Good Evening and Happy New Years Eve, I have one rental property and I'm wanting to submit the tenant's on time payments to any of the big 3 credit bureaus to assist the tenant's credit score growth.

Personally it was a dick move for them to be looking and not say a word until New Years Eve, one months notice.

I need an agent who, when she says she'll get me comps tonight (on sunday) actually DOES that (it's tues eve and I still don't have them).So I ask you agents, what are reasonable expectations in this scenario?
