Not sure how to charge for this or fix it.Yard - they didn't really keep up the yard as we would have liked (we are moving to include yard service to avoid this in the future) There are big chunks of dirt where grass used to be, some of the plants we had planted died due to not being watered etc.

Subterranean termites need to be killed where they live, in the ground.Remember that wet soil will also attract termites - so look for pipes leaking and plants/mulch that stay wet close to the building.In Florida, a wooden building that hasn't been treated for termites recently... has termites.

@Michael Plante you have two main options here:  You can get a cash out loan on each property separately or you can get a blanket loan on the entire portfolio of properties.  

You will manage your physical plant (the property itself) and also the Human Resources (the tenants).

@Michael Plante Many I know sell the home and land as a package or sell the home but rent out the land.

This is more a serious concern of mine because the cigarette butts are being left in the grass/plants at the edge of the wooden deck.
