@Pranita Maldikar Unless the seller is a family member or personal friend, I'm not sure why you'd want to put that much money down on the property.

Multifamily properties in Memphis are still reasonably priced compared to other markets, and landlords benefit from landlord-friendly laws and relatively low property taxes.Additionally, many investors have successfully implemented the strategy you’re considering—acquiring and eventually paying off properties while maintaining steady cash flow.

I also did a trial of buildium and liked it, but I felt rentvine was a little more user friendly.  

Always start with investor investor-friendly agent.

I find AirBNB from a host stand point much more user friendly & advanced.

I'd have to look) days before they have to pay and rescreen again. 3) I will keep shouting this from the rooftops: written policies are your friend.

Prioritize quality locations.Keep healthy amount of reserves per property, hire a PM, and hire a tax friendly CPA(not planning just prep).
