@Cam Harris  I read the article and it's an interesting strategy to enlist the drivers as bird dogs.

My husband and I just recently finished our enlistments in the Navy and are going to school using the GI Bill.

The Air Force considers both lending to or becoming endebted to enlisted members to be fraternization, as well as entering into business relationships with enlisted members. 

I plan to enlist an appraiser (not just my evaluation or RE Agent) to have a written document as the basis for the current value.

You spelled both lieutenant and sergeant correctly, which no one who hasn't ever been in the military can do, so I'm taking that part literally...The officer in this needs to stop fraternizing and financially co-mingling with enlisted.

since your 19 i'm going to assume your enlisted and fresh out of high school. 

They could hire some people or enlist friends to make this happen in a timely manner if they wanted to.

I am a husband and father to 3 beautiful girls and although the Army has treated us very well, I don't plan to retire from it (I did, however, just re-enlist for 5 more years and will be PCS'ing to Hawaii in February.)

However, single lower enlisted may not be able to live off the installation.
