Is it not as durable or high-quality?

Since you plan to rent it out, just focus on durable stuff.

If you are going to rip them off, I'd replace with something that is durable and requires less upkeep.

On rentals, making them "durable" is a larger consideration.

Using a semi to high gloss finish will be more durable and easier to clean than a flat or eggshell.

It's a B class area with mostly older homes so most competition have hardwoods).3) Lay LVP through the whole unit and cover existing hardwoods (may be more expensive but definitely more durable over the long-run).Either way, the hideous parquet has to go! 

It's durable and a fair price. 

I have had several 90 year old tubs reglazed.....looks great at first but is not very durable, even the guys who are the pros can only do so good, DO NOT use the hardware store over the counter refinish kits, they are garbage...the pro job will last 5+ years but they will eventually chip or peel(some sooner than others) and/or if your tenant uses the wrong cleaners(abrasives like AJAX) it will speed up that failure.

Durable as heck too.

We would consider retail but it would have to be at a significant discount depending on the durability of the income.
