BR gets a decent amount of bookings from Floridians so gas prices and opened up air travel would be my immediate concern if you are looking for a cash flowing property now.

(I bought it for the land with intentions of removing the trailer and building tiny homes on it to air bnb) I understood that I was responsible for any back bills or liens associated with the properties, I was ok with that.

I'd look for signs of arcing around those outlets.Other things I look for are how is the foundation, cracks in the walls (assuming lath and plaster), condition of the mechanicals, depending on what the house is built on, I may get a radon test done for the air and water (near me there is a lot of ledge, so radon is an issue in most homes).

My tenant moved out a couple of days ago, and when I walked through the unit, I discovered that he had removed the curtain and curtain rod, detached the room air conditioner, and caused significant scratches on the hardwood floor from the metal bed frame legs.
