If the "Guy" that is know to the others is licensed, he may NOT be licensed as a proper business, thereby not having worker's comp insurance to cover additional workers, so, again, confirm, confirm, confirm, complete, correct, and current licensing before putting up a dime.You will also need to perform additional testing and possible removal of other elements containing asbestos; and also check for lead paint based on the age.So you don't want to be liable for anyone getting hurt, but you are OK with breathing in asbestos fibers yourself?

Got in the house today and the biggest problem is a basement wall crack which looks like a serious problem.Have not done a house with this type of problems so not sure how much $$$ we are taking about.My plan is to use carbon fiber cloths with epoxy.Option 2 is to use anchorsThis retaining basement wall is about 480 sq ft (60ft long by 8ft tall).

The fiber optic service costs me $50/mo for every 4-5 units, so I do see a high ROI per dollar spent but my biggest benefit is no more dealing with yet another hook-up of new cable/satellite or internet service.
