The fiber optic service costs me $50/mo for every 4-5 units, so I do see a high ROI per dollar spent but my biggest benefit is no more dealing with yet another hook-up of new cable/satellite or internet service.

I don't necessarily "require" the exact same linens but after I explain to owners how much more its gonna cost them to launder their cheap Amazon micro fiber sheets because they have to be handled and treated completely differently than the other 1000 lbs of laundry for that day then they realize the math doesn't favor them.

I generally remove the carpet because it gets in the fibers and padding you just can’t remove it well enough.Great tip.

@Brian PlajerNear the water talk to some contractors but lifespan of materials is probably 50% or normal lifeNewer homes with fiber cement siding may last longer but everything and anything near a beach needs a lot of maintenance.
