Sales is a time-intensive venture, and it takes years to develop a pipeline of clients.

I'm also in FL and am a RE investor (STR/MTR/LTR), developer, and just love RE and the freedom it brings.

Of course, this is all done before we spend money on inspections, etc.It's all about the relationship you develop with the team on the ground.
