Sales have been warming up since the start of the year with a low start in January (relative to the Listings!).

The weather is a massive factor for those of us that are used to sun and warm weather basically year around.We both agree it was the best thing we could have done.

With average daily temperatures around 80°F and nighttime lows of approximately 55°F, the desert climate follows its characteristic pattern of warm days and cool evenings.

With all these heart warming and clearly sincere replies it sounds like this must be the best company of all time, ever......

working with our auditors right now on ACL (allowance for credit loss) and learning about SCALE, WARM and all the fun and new CECL terminology..

Agree, October missed the warm season but still is not winter.

While it is true the lender feels warm and fuzzy with the consistent income of a W2, there are other ways to secure conventional financing as long as you can show a track record of consistent income.  

The just want a place to sleep and a warm me, and since I work in the suburbs it won't affect me.
