Would mobile app access be critical for tenants?

To solve this, I built a custom mobile app to handle rent payments and due dates because no other management software can handle the payment schedules or turnover.

Coming from oil and gas and healthcare, we’re new to this industry but driven by the same values that guide us in life: family, hard work, and dedication.

I can mobile deposit rent checks into the correct ones from the app, I can transfer money from any one account to another all from the app.  

I have a PM company, a broker for the mortgages, and I am wondering if I need to get a dedicated realestate agent to help.

My husband and I took the plunge and signed up for the dedicated course in Feb 2021.
