Is it franchised or mom and pop.Your lease is meaningless if they go dark quickly.

I've tried using greeting cards of various colors, using off season stamps, hand writing the letters, using colored paper, and even putting photos of projects I've done. 

The existing granite is in perfect condition, but we're looking at changing colors.

There is a small hole in the bottom of the bathtub (dark spot in the picture).

To add some color the home next door is worth about 20-30%% of ours but if we bought today the mortgage payment on it would be about the same as ours.

Both were a grey wood look plank and were easy to match in color and texture.

I tend to suggest Rotomolded, they're more durable and less expensive, without all the fancy jets and colors.
