SIH has some marketing gimmick with the Real Estate Guys where they bus unsuspecting retail customers around to the sites to see home being built.

This gives you a more realistic picture and protects you from unexpected surprises.

I recently did one where the lender did allow it but that was because of our position as a great customer of the bank and our impeccable credit record.  

IE you walk into a branch and its rare there is any customers in it..
