They probably have an army of analysts crunching the numbers to the higher-ups.Big assumption but every time I see a decent Starbucks or other retail store open up in a city it definitely catches my eye.

But I haven't met many successful 'self-made' CRE investors who haven't lowered their pain factor, crunched their timeline or increased their learning curve without seeking out a mentor or two on the way.

I've never crunched the numbers on such a big investment.

For a first time post, I really have received a lot of info to crunch and process.

I'll take this advice to heart, re-crunch my numbers over the weekend, and see where it leaves me.

Hi @Tyson Dierschke I don't have a long detailed post; however this sounds like this could be a really good deal worth digging into and crunching all the numbers and really deciding what you can handle in regards to the flip and if time wise it is doable.
