I've been in full-fledged research mode for several months now, taking out stacks of books from the library and slowly cruising through all ~300 BP Podcast episodes.

We’re in our 30s and currently cruising the Bahamas on our sailboat with the kids!  

Port Everglades is very close and is one of the busiest cruise ports in the country.

I looked at buying from stan creek/dangriga (awesome people) down to Hopkins /plascensia / seine bright- at that time there were rumors of increased cruise line plans in that area (placencia/seine bright) .

I was riding around one morning after finishing up completing a wholesale on a SFH when I decided to cruise through the area.  

I'll have to see if I can cruise by it next time I'm around.

Since purchasing the place I have replaced/updated so much that the house is virtually on cruise control at this point and each unit rents for $800; however I am living on one side since I just completed my doctoral degree.
