@Marty SummersI don't see any problem with it if they are paying the bill and as long as the air conditioner is connected to the electric outlet with the correct amperage able to handle the load.

I always check the big ticket items (driveway, roof, garage, air conditioners) before purchase to make sure I should be good for a few years while I build equity that I  can use to pay for those repairs in the future if need be.

I served them a 3 day notice to quit and the tenant said his lawyer will contact me and he is claiming he was in the hospital for heat exhaustion from the apartment being 100 degrees (he has 2 air conditioners).

I have access to Monthly statements but not current info or historical stuff or attached items of interest, like utility bills showing usage, clues on which units had their appliances or air conditioners replaced.
