I’d love to get your thoughts on this approach!

Approximately 75% of our communities have a population of less than 10,000 people.

I was approached by Avantstay and wondered if anyone in this forum has had experience with them from owner point of view. 

I'm in the process of comping duplexes vs condos, but was hoping for community input on any local factors I might be missing.  

With that, I want to ensure that my approach to real estate is starting with the niche that generates faster returns from the beginning) as a rough example:I can buy Focal Utopia headphones for 8K or I can buy headphones from kmart for $25.

Also, transforming communities is part of my MO. 

I would focus on finding an agent that knows what they are doing and will get it sold, not on the cost. 

Since then, I’ve worked as a CTO and consultant, but real estate has always been a key focus.
