Most folks skip the bookkeeper and make the tax preparer do it all which leads to sloppy returns, delays, and lack of financial clarity throughout the year.

For the sake of clarity, if you are reading this and new to real estate ... this advice is for this state. 

Just asking for clarity, there is a stark difference in terms and lending.

So if you are up for the challenge and so desire, post in our growing thread some hard numbers of your region that provides clarity as to why an out of state invest like myself should choose your region.

However, I continued to receive updates with the same problems, even though I was willing to pay for any necessary change orders.Perhaps the most challenging aspect of this "flipsystem" is the lack of clarity regarding who they serve.

You are not wrong on the need to respond and offer clarity.
