We also ended up replacing all 475 ft of pipe put in 2 check valves that should have been there already but wasn't along with a torque arrester and a new safety line of 475 ft along with new points and dedicated breaker switch all which should have already been there but wasn't the previous owner either got ripped off or cheaped out when it came to putting the well in.

The original roommate has caused much disruption here, between her alcoholism and related violent outbursts, to her drug use and threats, including calling the local police multiple times for a variety ridiculous things, all of which is documented, and more than once was told by the police she was becoming a habitual caller and a nuisance, then threatened with arrest.

I had to involve the police when first floor ran screaming at me in my car on a public street, yanked open my passenger car door while I was in it, and entered the car screaming at me aggressively while I was calling 911, (all because we had made every effort to avoid a confrontation with her), but the police only went to warn her, did not arrest her.

Sex offender registry.Count, city and state arrest lookup.Inmate search.County civil record search.Several other websites that search for infractions.Google.If they have an address in another state, city, etc, I check there for criminal activity as well.I talk to their last/current landlord and check tax and registrar of deeds to make sure I am talking to the right person.That is all before I even think of running their credit.
