MF properties are viewed as businesses, thus often priced as a multiple of annual income potential (like any other business, whether you're selling a donut shop or a tech company).

Why do you feel these posts contribute nothing to the forums when this particular forum is specifically designed to review real estate businesses?

I made a few thousand less than expected but I figure that's just the cost of doing business sometimes.Based on my experience I wouldn't let the remote possibility that a homeowner might go into greed mode dissuade you from doing these deals.

I've been in the CRM business for years and real estate investor since 2003. 

@Chad CutshallI can't answer for them, but their website doesn't indicate that buying/reselling notes is part of their business model.

I'm eager to grow my book of business in various markets and connect with active wholesalers.
