I’ll be getting / stipulating the inspection 👍My Realtor isn’t a contractor, he worked in construction for many many years and has a decent size portfolio of rentals and owns the brokerage too, and has told me to walk away and instantly dismissed 10+ other properties we walked and toured.

I got my license within the year and I'm having difficulties adopting my brokerages daily routines and general systems.

This allows for a wide variety of ways to achieve the goal thru all aspects of real estate; investing in assets that have great capital gains potential but may not cash flow (options, land, redevelopment, gentrification, etc. ) utilizing “fee income” to build my estate (syndication, brokerage, partials, participations), and “creating” high yielding notes, and “creating” wealth through creative real estate buying, selling and exchanging. 

Hello BG Community,I had a question if the new Brokerage agreement fee of $499 can be waived by the real estate agent?

I think they should separate the PM business from the brokerage business as I know of a couple agents on their team who are good and the sales team is likely are missing out on sales opportunities because of the awful service from the PM side casts a bad light on the entire company. 

Our brokerage has more certifications and licenses than I can recall, and the NARPM membership.

I'm interested in working for a brokerage that does a lot of business with investors, wholesalers, flippers, creative finance, and especially BRRRR.

Not sure of your area, but I would definitely get a quote from a broker/agent to verify.

That will determine what type of brokerage is the right fit as you learn.
