There is a ceiling of complexity we tend to hit that can be extremly difficult to break through. 

I also agree that 7,000 is a very strong mental/emotional barrier to break through.

@Tabitha Wheeler I tried to paint my countertops with a Porter product called Breakthrough.

There will never be a perfect time" but if you keep pushing forward, break through and persevere, everything else will fall into place.

To break through this logjam, steps 1-5 above are critically important.  

I have not been able to breakthrough and reach my first deal yet and I am wondering what strategies you guys recommend when searching for buyers when you purchase a house.

As I said, I place a lot of value on the mentor/student relationship, probably the biggest breakthroughs in my life have come from a few different people that I've been blessed to know, but of course that may not be true for everyone.I LOVE doing research for information on my own, i.e. here on BP, but there's something powerful when you work with the right person.

I am going to try and break through the world of Probate in Los Angeles County.
