Correct me if I’m wrong but 3-4unit house in the areas that I have been looking for will be above 1million and that’s where my mortgage will be really high (of course if it’s rented out then great) but if it’s not rented out i will be bleeding money and working just to pay my mortgage and I feel the risk is too great in that sense.

If your able to pick something up in that pocket I would 100% do so, as money is bleeding over from fish town and northern liberties into the area and the average house price is on the rise.Hope this helped, certainly reach out if you have any question!
