We bought this thing, rennoed it, worked out tails off, payed it off, got hitched, in four months he developed some sort of anger management disorder, we tried to treat if for a year, but the situation was getting dangerous, so it had to come to and end.

The situation escalated rapidly.I received a long and rambling message from him stating he has an anxiety disorder, has had breathing issues since moving into unit, his Ionic Breeze is covered in fungus or mold, says crack is being sold outside his apartment, warned there would be "legal problems" and wanted to meet.

If you feel like you're being mean, then lookup some resources for homeless or displaced women in your area and provide that resource to her and tell her you empathize with her.I don't know this persons story but it could be anything from true, to having personal life drama that you dont want in your rental, there could be illegal activities/drug use involved (pressured speech, confabulation of wild stories) or perhaps just unfortunate uncontrolled mental health disorder.
