Two things are certain, 1) taxes are lower today than they've ever been in the past 80 years. 2) they are certain to be higher in the future.We should all be focused on paying the lowest “lifetime tax bill” not the “lowest tax bill this year”.By paying 20% and settling up my long-term capital gains is not a bad deal.

This happens 100% of the time a squatter presents a fake lease, deed or bill of sale.2) It takes several hours, if not days, and multiple calls for the police to show up.3) Even when they do show up and remove the squatters, the squatters sometimes break back in the same night.

Account Closed I have had tremendous success using direct mail and mailing the owner of record where the tax bills get mailed to.Generally, property management companies don’t pay the real estate taxes so this gets me right to the owner.Targeting wise, I would just do a zip code filtered by unit count using a service like listsource.
