I contacted a CPA and he said I would need to amend my forms from 2015 on since that's within the 3 year amendment period; he didn't mention anything about the missed depreciation prior to 2015.

If the tenant waits until the sheriff shows up, that's the worse.We accept tenants with a blemish on their past rental history if they've made amends and changed their ways.

Should a lease amendment/addendum be written to say that building ownership has changed and future rent payments can be submitted via XYZ?

The obvious being that, because this is a syndication, the members equity will constantly be changing and I'll have to keep amending operating agreements and such.Can any experienced syndicators weigh in here and let me know how they approach this and if I am misguided in my analysis of this?

HOA's have to follow their own by-laws or have them amended. 

Would you make an amendment to their current lease stating they are responsible for rent until vacancy is filled?
