The issue is the girlfriend and I will be quitting our jobs come January and traveling abroad for 4-5 months in SE asia/ NZ, to teach CPR and basic medical training (Volunteering).

Would you go to court on eviction day and try to talk to pro se landlords/ property owners about selling?

A fund with a 36 month investment horizon does not really sound like a portfolio designed for cash flowing assets per se, more like a non-performing portfolio.

Hi @Brad Chatman @Eric Michaels make some worthy points to look into.I invest where I live in SE Chicago and me living here is the only reason - to improve where I live and it's easier for me to deal with.

Not doing turnkey per se because I think I can get things very close to turn key advantages at prices better than turnkey deals.

I am looking for a trustworthy Attorney in SE Wiscinsin, does anyone have any suggestions?
