As it stands it looks like a product that was created by paying some guy on Fiverr $20 bucks and he used a generic wordpress template.

Using wordpress for websites but I think that is overkill. 

We created our own that is a WordPress theme for sellers, buyers and private lenders.

I spent the better part of last weekend trying to save my account before ultimately bundling up my WordPress install and moving hosting providers because I couldn't figure out how the malware was being placed on my server.

The downside is they host it themselves so you're held hostage.When I became an agent I made a wordpress website with IDX plugin and the conversion rate was very low, so I started sending traffic to the KW provided website (which they get from market leader) and people started signing up.

They are using the default Wordpress logo.I don't know.

I use a Wordpress site that emails the Maintenance Request to my staff.  

Not doing anything with it yet, but downtime is next to zero.I haven't really played with Wordpress, but I have found it really easy to make changes, add widgets etc.

(Google et al) Quick Wordpress site that says what you do, who you are, where you operate, and "submit your email here to get on our list" type of thing.If I were in this position I would join as many local (virtual) meetups as possible and attend all of them.
