New Construction and closer to Costco / Walmart but almost non-existant yard vs 2008-2009 homes with 6000 sqft lot - which one would hold more value down the line?

The time and effort you will spend managing, especially during the first few years when you're learning the ropes and all of your state's land lord/tenant laws and best rental practices (advertising, showing, screening, writing a lease, scheduling maintenance visits, etc.) would make your time more profitable to simply spend working at Wal-Mart as a greeter

- More development in the making I.e: transit systems, jobs, schools, major retailers(walmart, Home Depot, Starbucks)- Consistent occupancy- Higher cash flow (appreciating as well)- Low average property value- USDA eligible- Safer - Recreational activities (city like) Thanks in advance for replyLooking for Property, want to make sure I pick the best area.

These bigger brands (7/11, dairy queen, subway, walmart, mcdonalds etc) conduct an extensive amount of research before deciding to break ground. 

The park is in a unique location in town on the busiest street across the street from a main city park, shopping, Walmart, etc while the competition is a drive away.

There’s also several online portals that allow for a tenant to pay cash at several locations, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and others.  

What do Walmart, Amazon, Facebook, Coca-Cola, Sprint and AT&T have in common?

A $10 entry door lockable knob from Wal Mart is on most of my places. 

What kind of junior anchors and large anchors are around the site (junior might be Starbucks freestanding, Mcdonalds, Chick Fil a, national brand gas station) or larger anchors ( Super Walmart, Home Depot, Publix, Lowe's, Costco, Target, etc.)You need to know how valuable your site is.

This is more in the rural area but still has walmart/grocery stores etc. nearby and taxes are lower so taxes are very close to the same as the other at $5050.
